We want to resolve genuine problems fairly. This policy explains when you may cancel an order, request a remedy or ask for a refund.
1. About this policy
This policy applies to purchases made directly from AIready, including Competitor Check, Deep Scan, Fix Sprint and other paid services. It should be read with our terms and conditions.
2. Your rights under New Zealand law
Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other law that cannot be excluded.
If a product or service does not meet an applicable legal guarantee, you may be entitled to have the issue fixed, receive a replacement or obtain a full or partial refund. The appropriate remedy depends on the nature and seriousness of the problem and whether it can be fixed within a reasonable time.
3. Automated digital products
Our paid reports are automated and may begin processing shortly after payment. If you contact us before processing begins, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Once processing has begun or a report has been delivered, we do not usually provide a refund simply because you changed your mind, expected a different score or disagree with a properly generated finding. We will, however, investigate reports that were not delivered, cannot be accessed, were generated for the wrong domain due to our error, or contain a material technical fault.
Where a problem can be fixed, we may first regenerate, correct or redeliver the report within a reasonable time. If it cannot be fixed, or the failure is substantial, we will provide the remedy required by law.
4. Duplicate and incorrect purchases
If you are charged twice for the same order, or purchase the wrong product and contact us promptly before processing begins, please let us know. We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, reverse the duplicate charge or help move the payment to the intended product.
5. Fix Sprints and consulting
A Fix Sprint reserves time and resources for agreed work. Before work begins, you may request cancellation and we will tell you whether any reasonable, already-incurred costs apply.
After work begins, any refund will take account of work already completed, time reserved, non-cancellable third-party costs and the value already supplied. If our service does not meet an applicable legal guarantee, we will provide the remedy required by law.
Changes to scope, delays in providing access or approvals, or a decision not to implement completed work do not by themselves make the service refundable.
6. Change of mind
New Zealand law does not generally require a business to provide a refund when a customer simply changes their mind. We may choose to offer a credit or refund in an individual case, but doing so does not create an ongoing obligation.
7. How to request a remedy or refund
Use our contact page and include the email address used for the order, the product purchased, your order or payment reference and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots or other supporting information can help us investigate more quickly.
We may need to verify the purchase and may ask for a reasonable opportunity to inspect or fix the issue. We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
8. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled partly by your bank or payment provider and may vary. We will confirm once the refund has been submitted.
9. Questions
If you are unsure whether this policy applies to your situation, please contact us before making a purchase.
