How much can be completed?
Each Fix Sprint includes up to 12 hours of specialist delivery. What fits depends on your priorities, website and the complexity of the changes, so we agree a realistic scope and expected deliverables before work begins.
How do you decide what to fix first?
We begin with the priorities identified in your Deep Scan, then consider their likely impact, the effort involved and any dependencies within your website. Together, we agree on the work that offers the strongest value within the available sprint time.
Do you need access to our website?
That depends on how the work will be completed. If AIready is making the changes directly, we will agree on the access required before the sprint begins. If your developer is implementing them, we can provide the recommendations and work alongside them.
Can you work with our existing developer?
Yes. We can make the agreed changes directly or collaborate with your developer where access, specialist systems or existing workflows make that the better option.
Will you make changes without our approval?
No. The scope and working process are agreed before the sprint begins. Any significant content or structural decisions are reviewed with you or the appropriate member of your team before they are finalised.
What if there is more work than fits within one sprint?
We will help you choose what should come first and record the remaining priorities in your handover. Any further sprint is optional, separately agreed and priced before it begins. We will never extend the scope or charge more without your approval.
Will the Fix Sprint guarantee that AI recommends our business?
No one can guarantee inclusion in an AI-generated answer. The Fix Sprint addresses the priority issues identified in your Deep Scan and improves the signals AI platforms use to understand, verify and potentially recommend your business.
